Turn on two-step login

Two-step login means someone needs your password and your phone to get into your account. Nation staff must turn it on.

1. Install a free authenticator app, like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
2. Sign in to RezSoulution and open Account, then Two-step login.
3. Scan the code with the app, then type the 6-digit number it shows.
4. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe, like a printed page at home. Each code works once if you ever lose your phone.
