Terms of Service

Effective October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and RezSoulution ("we," "us"). By using rezsoulution.com you agree to them. If you use RezSoulution on behalf of a nation or organization, you confirm you are allowed to act for it. Nations that join also sign the Data Sovereignty Agreement, which controls if it ever conflicts with these terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Keep your password private and turn on two-step login if you manage a nation's content. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

2. Nation content

Each nation owns everything it puts on RezSoulution: its history, images, language recordings, posts, and data. Nations give us only the limited permission we need to store, display, and back up that content on the platform as the nation chooses. We do not sell nation content, license it to others, or use it to train artificial intelligence models.

3. Marketplace

RezSoulution connects buyers with Native artists and tribal enterprises. Each seller is vouched for by their nation and is responsible for their products, descriptions, shipping, and returns. Sellers must follow the Indian Arts and Crafts Act, which makes it illegal to falsely suggest a product is Native-made. Report a listing you believe is fake and we will review it with the nation. Our fee is shown on the Pricing page.

4. MMIW Center and alerts

The MMIW Center shares verified alerts to help families. It is not a law enforcement agency and does not replace calling 911 or tribal police. We verify alerts with families or tribal liaisons and the investigating agency before publishing, but we cannot guarantee every detail. Send tips to the agency listed on each alert. Never use the MMIW Center to locate someone who does not want to be found. Misuse will be reported.

5. Text alerts

If you sign up for text alerts, we will text verified MMIW alerts for the areas you choose. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help.

6. Paid plans and services

Plan prices, setup fees, add-ons, and grant services are listed on the Pricing page or in a signed order. Monthly plans renew each month until canceled. Grant services are paid at flat rates and are never a percentage of an award. We cannot promise that any grant will be funded.

7. What you may not do

Do not post anything false, hateful, or harmful; share sacred or restricted cultural material without the nation's permission; harass anyone; impersonate a nation, person, or agency; break the law; try to break into the site or other accounts; or collect other people's information.

8. Ending an account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put people at risk. Nations can leave at any time and take their content with them, as the Data Sovereignty Agreement describes.

9. Disclaimers and limits

We work hard to keep RezSoulution accurate, safe, and available, but we provide it "as is." Resource listings, grant listings, and events can change, so confirm details with the provider. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

10. Changes and contact

We will post changes here and tell nations about important ones before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and nothing in them waives any nation's sovereign immunity. Questions: hello@rezsoulution.com.
