Privacy Policy

RezSoulution is built to protect Native people and their information. We collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and we never use it for advertising profiles.

What we collect

• Accounts: your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), and language learning progress.
• Forms you send: nation applications, orders, ticket reservations, job posts, resource suggestions, and grant service requests.
• MMIW alerts: details about a missing person that a family shares with us, and the submitter's contact information. Submitter details are private and seen only by our verification team.
• Text alerts: your mobile number and the states you choose.
• Page counts: how many times each page is viewed per day. We do not store IP addresses for this and use no tracking cookies.

Cookies

We use only two cookies: one that keeps you signed in and protects forms, and one that remembers your language. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To run the platform, verify and share MMIW alerts, process orders and tickets, reply to you, keep the site secure, and improve RezSoulution. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use anyone's content to train artificial intelligence models.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the site: our web host, our text message provider for alerts, our email provider, and our payment processor once card payments are live. When you buy from an artist or reserve a ticket, the nation or seller receives what they need to complete it. We share MMIW information with law enforcement only to help find a missing person. If the law requires us to share data about a nation, we will tell that nation unless the law forbids it.

Children

Kids can play Language Lodge lessons without an account. Accounts are for people 13 and older. A parent or teacher can use their own account to track a child's lessons.

Keeping it safe

Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, two-step login, role-based access, activity logs, and regular backups. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and any affected nation quickly.

Your choices

You can see, correct, download, or delete your information. Email privacy@rezsoulution.com from your account email. Text STOP to end alert texts, or use the alerts page. California residents have extra rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone.

Nations' data

Nations own their data. The Data Sovereignty Agreement explains how we protect it, how nations export it, and how we delete it.
