Lost your phone or two-step codes

If you saved your recovery codes, sign in with your password, then type one of the recovery codes instead of the 6-digit number. Then turn two-step login off and on again with your new phone.

If you do not have your recovery codes, contact support. For your safety we will confirm who you are before we change anything on your account.
